Our core mission is to build a trusted bridge between local Ethiopian recruitment agencies and international employers, especially those based in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and other Gulf countries.We operate on a B2B2C model, which means we serve both businesses (recruitment agencies and employers) and end-beneficiaries (Ethiopian job seekers). But we are not a recruitment agency ourselves. Instead, we act as a trusted connector — making it easier for both sides to engage with the right partners, transparently and ethically.
What We Do
